An excellent and fun flow. You have the chance to practice the inversion and arm balances. A flow that can satisfy advance practitioners as well, like all of Natasha’s classes🤩.

Did baby crow several times. Could only do mule hops to try get into handstands. Great for adducter strengthening with the other exercises here :)

Super fun! It’s great whenever I take a class for the second or third time I really get a few moves that slowed me down the first time!

This was awesome!! Just what I needed to get of my head - challenging but juicy and fun as heck 😊

Although the class is short, it is very satisfying😌. Again, inversions can be practiced during the flow🤸🏻‍♀️. Core exercise is also always included in the menu🤤😉.

Such a good flow. Since it is not too complicated, I think it is suitable for all levels. that's easy to follow. I did this class as an active rest and it was really nice, I stretched well.
