Hi. I’m Natasha. I’m a Bay Area wife, and mother of 2 humans, 2 cats and a Golden Doodle. Breast cancer warrior. I have been teaching fitness for over 20 years in California and New York. I am a firm believer in cross training and creating workouts that are fun and enjoyable so it doesn’t feel like a chore. From handstand training to animal inspired, kettlebells, to sock sliding. Funky flows, HIIT yoga and creative Pilates. You’ll get a little bit of everything, learn skills and get strong along the way. My playbook will offer lots of creative and fun classes as well as a lot of variety. You’ll get stronger, leaner, more flexible and look forward to your workouts! Learn inversions like handstands and forearm stand, arm balance transitions and/or get sweaty with some innovative cardio HIIT Yoga drills for strength and mobility. I’ll challenge you but the time will fly by!

Training Requirements

Many of my workouts are body weight only but I’ll also offer workouts with dumbbells, kettlebells, exercise balls, yoga props and props you can find right in your home like a chair, wall, socks, step stool, towel or a pillow.


20 years + of teaching experience. Certifications in Stott Pilates Mat, Kettlebell Concepts, TRX, AFAA, FiTOUR (fitness, yoga, Pilates, Barre), Yoga 200hr
