This is the second time I am taking this class and I have enjoyed both times. I believe that being able to put the body into different shapes also develops the mind and thoughts and can cause broader thinking.

Power Hour Yoga

An excellent and fun flow. You have the chance to practice the inversion and arm balances. A flow that can satisfy advance practitioners as well, like all of Natasha’s classes🤩.

Did baby crow several times. Could only do mule hops to try get into handstands. Great for adducter strengthening with the other exercises here :)

Solid stretch and it raised my heart rate at times

This one needs repetition for anyone who plans to use it.  Great moves just need familiarity
