Good. I used a dumbell instead of kettlebell. Lost my balance a few times.

Thank you, Lizette! I’m getting so much stronger and haven’t pulled a muscle since I started this program of weights with you six weeks ago! I was regularly pulling these aging hyper-mobile muscles with my regular yoga and you seem to be the fix! ❤️
