What do I need to participate in this program?
You need a kettlebell and/or a pair of dumbbells. If this is your first time, I would start low — anything from 9 to 13lbs works. You also need a yoga mat.
How to schedule the program?
This program is designed to train 5 times a week with 2 active rest days. You decide when during the day you do your workouts.
How to do the workouts?
I recommend you do a quick full body mobility routine. It shouldn’t take more than 5-7 min then you are ready to grab you kettlebell and begin. You can check my warm-up routine video here on my Playbook app.
