Great! Any chance the exercises for each workout can be added at some point to the older 10 min or full body videos (currently they just say what equipment is needed)? I have a shoulder injury at the moment so pick my workouts based on exercises that work/only need minimal modifications. Just an idea :) Great workouts as always.
