LaTeece

- Start with a wide stance and your hands close to your face
- Transfer your weight from one leg to the other 
- Punch with your left and right hand

#Combo Bob And Weave Alternating Punches

- Start with your feet hip width apart, bring your knee up to your chest
- Step out to one side and shift your body weight over your leg
- Push your hips back to a 90 degree angle at the right knee
- Try to sit down with your butt, keeping your back as upright as possible

Lateral Lunges Right

Lateral Lunges Left

- Start with your feet hip width apart
- Step out to one side and shift your body weight over your leg
- Push your hips back to a 90 degree angle at the right knee
- Try to sit down with your butt, keeping your back as upright as possible
- Alternate sides

Alt. Lateral Lunges

- Bring one knee up to your chest
- Alternate legs swigging your arms back and forth

High Knees

Circuit 1

- Start with your feet hip width apart
- Perform a squat
- As soon as you return to the starting position bring one leg up and touch the point of your foot with your opposite hand
- Squat and repeat on opposite side

#Combo Squat Alt. Toe Touches

- Start with a wide stance with toes pointed out
- Come down by pushing your hips back 
- Go down until your hips are parallel with the floor 
- Come up to 3/4 and go back down to parallel

Sumo Squat Pulses

- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop back with both feet
- Hop back lifting hands off floor 
- Jump up extending your arms above you

Burpees

- Put your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop back and forth with both feet together
- Keep your core engaged

#Core Half Burpees Narrow

Circuit 2

- Lay on the ground with your legs extended above the floor
- Keep your hands on the sides of your head
- Bring your left knee in towards your opposite knee
- Rotate you body bringing your elbow towards your knee
- Repeat on opposite side

#Core Bicycle Crunches

- Sit on your and lean back
- Extend your legs and bring them off the floor
- Bring your knees toward your chest
- Wrap your arms around your legs for a second and return to the starting position

#Core Sitting Knee Tuck Crunches

Today was one of those days that I did not want to workout but I started anyway. Even though I started off lazy, I finished strong!

I'm realizing how much I've been slacking on core excercises. It's my least favorite but I'm pushing through! I have noticed that my feet and ankles are sore. Mainly my ankles so I am going easy on my plyo and making sure I squeeze my calf muscles when jumping

30 reps is a really high number with 3 rounds.... I think 15-20 is more feasible for the ab stuff I had a hard time getting to 30 each time.
