I'm realizing how much I've been slacking on core excercises. It's my least favorite but I'm pushing through! I have noticed that my feet and ankles are sore. Mainly my ankles so I am going easy on my plyo and making sure I squeeze my calf muscles when jumping

30 reps is a really high number with 3 rounds.... I think 15-20 is more feasible for the ab stuff I had a hard time getting to 30 each time.
