You were great... I sucked lol... but I did it... maybe an alternative for one or two exercise... mainly the jack planks for me. I just did a plank for 20 seconds instead. Overall, I’m happy that I finished and I enjoyed it. I look forward to the next 20 days.

I only rested after I finished rounds the first two circuits so pretty sure I didn’t take enough rests 🥵 but overall loved the sweat session and the core circuit was rough

Exercises were great but maybe with the app have an option to have the exercises play continuously. I felt like every time I had to stop push the button swipe it slowed my momentum. Other than that i had a great sweat! Thank you!

- Start with feet together and arms by your sides
- Jump opening your legs landing with a wider stance
- Bring your arms up over your head
- Jump returning to initial position

#Plyo Jumping Jacks

- Start with feet hip width apart
- Lower your body bending at the knees pushing your hips back
- Come down until your hips are parallel with the floor
- Jump and return to starting position

#Plyo Squat Jumps

- Stand with feet about shoulder width apart
- Squat down partially, about a quarter of the way down as you would for a normal squat
- Begin exercise by pulling up and down
- Make sure you are always in squat position

Squat Pulses

Circuit 1

- Jump laterally
- Bring one leg towards the ground behind your opposite foot
- Repeat on opposite side

Lateral Skater Lunges

- Start in squat position with your arm extended in between your legs
- Jump up extending your arms and legs in the air
- Land in squat position

#Plyo Froggy Star Jumps

#Core Single Leg Toe Touches

- Hold plank position with your elbows on the ground
- Keep your core engaged through the entire exercise
- Hop opening your legs in mid-air
- Hope bringing your feet back to the initial position

#Core Low Plank Jacks

- Lay on the floor, bring you torso and legs of the ground 
- Bring your legs in towards your chest 
- Extend your legs and bring your torso back to the initial position
