Didnt do the hops/commandos cause i did the cardio earlier today. Increased the weight from 55 to 60 in deadlifts yay. The superman finisher though... Secret killer.

Having been injured right after starting this program definitely hindered me in many ways but I pulled out all the modifications possible and made it through! Really excited to do this program again in the future, it's definitely a favorite!

I modified the bench hops and this was still brutal, in the best way. Drippping sweat!!
