I love how flexible this program is. I make the main exercises my mandatory exercise and then add whatever I want! Today I did clamshells and kneeling hip rotations instead of the plyos because my pelvic floor wasn’t feeling it, and it still was an excellent workout!

Loved this, quick question the B-stance RDL I struggled with the stance, on the video Hannah’s feet looked closer than hip width apart, a front view of this exercise would be great in future 😊 thanks
