Wooooo!! I’ve lifted the heaviest in my life on this program and because of that I’ve had to allow my body some extra rest days in-between workouts. Came back stronger than ever today and hit a “PR” on my deadlift! 125# for three rounds!! Hoping to break 200# by the end!
