This too was another one of those most needed ones for me to hear. My daily job is physical, I work out I eat pretty healthy weekends tend to be fun lol but this is good for me to hear thank you!!!!

When you guys talked about not having to track to see change, that hit hard! 🖤 I went through a program, (which was a great learning step for me) but after the program I was soooo tired of tracking. I stopped and have definitely gained weight back, but I have also gained muscle. My body is not where I want it, but hearing that simple little comment gave me some life. 🖤🖤
