This one hit the spot. The 5 minute rule is something that really hit me hard! And it feel so applicable to everything in my life right now, but especially helping my body and mental space around motivation for working out while pregnant
Someday's those 5 minutes tell me its time to rest, other days it feels great... and its all beautiful. I always have the discipline and struggle with giving myself grace, but these last 8 months have shown me how important that balance truly is. 🥰
