Good workout! I find I get more ‘work’ from the thigh dance if I don’t tuck my toes under. This seems to be more effective for my body; is it a safe modification?

I really like this exercise program, I can already feel differences in my body, core especially, but don’t feel overwhelmed by the program. Plus it’s the first time in a long time I actually feel kinda sexy.
