Make sure to warm up!! Always break a sweat when warming up! You can either do two sets of high reps (20-30) on the first exercise or some cardio! Never rush into heavy weight!

Hamstrings are burning right now! Had to improvise the last leg hamstring curl, don't have that machine here at this gym. Did laying dumbell hamstring curls. Thanks for the help!
