Loved this upper body workout and added some tricep dips and kickbacks. I had to do exercises separately instead of one after another bc the machines and equipment aren't next to each other. 😁

Alas, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is as high as it goes! I read somewhere that curls to shoulder presses are a waste because you can press more than you can curl. That may be true when you are fresh but today my biceps were screaming for more and my shoulders were screaming for mercy!
