Really liked it, and liked the sprints at the end. Have run all winter and dare I say miss it lol. Iโ€™ve also notice my VO2 max has dropped from 40 to 35.5 ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ since September ooops! So want to try some workouts that will pump this up. Thinking giant sets again ๐Ÿคฎ but any ideas are welcome!!
