Really liked it, and liked the sprints at the end. Have run all winter and dare I say miss it lol. Iโve also notice my VO2 max has dropped from 40 to 35.5 ๐ฌ๐ฎโ๐จ since September ooops! So want to try some workouts that will pump this up. Thinking giant sets again ๐คฎ but any ideas are welcome!!
