This series has made such an impact on my movements. Better feeling joints & less injury has allowed me to be more consistent. More consistent means more improvement in strength and flexibility.

I LOVED this series. My 37 year old body needed these movements and with this format it is so so easy to integrate them into my day without having to commit to listening to a video - I can do them on conference calls or while watching a show! More of these formats of videos for stretching series would be oh so welcome!

Yay! I can’t believe how quick the 2 weeks went! With all the different movements and mobility exercises we did that involved the inner thigh really helped me feel more comfortable and capable doing the Cossack glides! Sad it is over but grateful that I have access to these anytime!
