I asked Morgan for a flow focused on hips/hip flexor strength and she 100% delivered! My hips, glutes, and hamstrings are my weakest point and this class really helped me get into each side. I love the reminders about how each side of your body is different and to give yourself some grace if you can do something on one side but it’s not as easy on the other! Thank you for this and I can’t wait to repeat it!
