Whoa! I did 25 mins on treadmill incline and then tried this one. Totally got an amazing cardio workout today!!

It was great workout 💪💪💪 I noticed that I'm stronger my body shape is changing 🙂🙂🙂 I do every second day your workouts between usually I go for run. Thank you ❤️☺️❤️☺️
