That sucked! Also, it said 30-min workout, but by the timer, it was 41 minutes (took me 45 because of interruptions that come with being a mom to kids and kittens). 3 rounds would have made 30 minutes. Still, it was a good workout. I don’t regret it!

5 stars to the work out, just 3 to my body. Had to do modifications because my body was not handling it today, and still wasn’t able to do the 4th rep of the second circuit. Glad I did not push myself to a point of no return, still sad that I wasn’t able to finish string.
