I did these on the smith machine but you can do them with a regular barbell!! 
-I have plates under my feet to give me more height to get a deeper stretch!

Sumo DLs

Jump Lunges(On Bench)

1-2 set- slower on all reps & keep light weight
3 set- go heavier, normal tempo
4 set-same weight as 3rd set for first 10 reps, drop all weight & do 10 more reps
