If you don’t have this machine just use a barbell! Make sure you have a pad/yoga mat for your hips!

- Sit on the machine with the pad at the bottom of your shin 
- Extend your legs engaging your quads 
- Pause at the top and lower slowly

8 with dumbbells, drop weight & 8 jump Bulgarians
