This upper body can be done in less than 30 minutes. Complete each exercise one after another, then Rest 90 seconds at the end before repeating again. Do 3 rounds. You can also throw in a 4th round if you have the time and want a longer workout. -Plate front raise -Single arm lateral raise -Alternating overhead dumbbell press -Alternating bent dumbbell row -Bent over reverse fly 12 reps each
