This is core and upper body routine can be done at home in only 30 minutes.
1.)1/2 kneeling pull down -Exhale as you pull the band down. Inhale as you release it slowly.
2.)Y raise -Exhale as you lift your arms. Inhale as you lower them back down.
3.)Leaning overhead press -Exhale as you lift your arms. Inhale as you lower them back down.
4.)Bridge + band pull apart - Exhale as you lift your hips and pull the band apart. Inhale as you bring your hands back together and lower your hip.
Modification: Performing band pull apart lying with your knees bent without the bridge. Exhale as you pull the band past and inhale as you bring it back together.
5.)isometric marching bridge - Exhale as you lift your leg and inhale as you lower it back down.
Modification: Perform the marches lying on the floor with your knees bent without holding a bridge.
