If you want that hourglass figure working your back and core is essential. This workout requires only a band and can be done in 30 minutes. 1/2 kneeling pull down Squat + Row Standing pull downs Y raise 1/2 kneeling band pull apart Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps per exercise . ❌Do not hold your breath when doing these. ✅Keep your core activated while performing each rep. If you need to stop and reset your core, do so. Form is the most important part of performing these.
