We should know by now, core is SO important and I incorporate it into all of my workouts. This workout requires just a set of dumbbbells and can be done in 30 minutes.
Workout
Alternating overhead press 3x10
Bent Rows 3x10
Y raise 3x10
Modified V sit front to lateral raise 3x12
Reverse table top plank 3x10
Control every rep. Don’t rush through them. And pick a weight that is challenging. The last 2-3 reps of each set should feel tough.
You can add a fourth set to each exercise if you would like a longer workout.
