All of the workouts are 30 minutes, but you do have the option of adding extra sets to make the workouts longer if you would like. Dumbbell and barbell variations will be shown, but everything can be done at home with dumbbells and bands. The workouts for the week will include 5 strength training workouts. On your two rest days, you can take complete rest days or do core work, yoga, stretching or walking but do not do additional strength training on those rest days. This workout program can be repeated as many times through as you want after you finish it.
