Core workout- grab a mat and find some space!

- Lying on the ground
- Explosively sit up, tucking one knee and the opposite elbow 
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps

Sprinter sit-ups

- Lay on your back with your hands under your tailbone (or a weight above your head to level up)  
- Lower legs towards the ground stopping just short of them resting, than raise them back upright

leg lifts

- Rotate your torso as you bring your leg towards your elbow 
- Repeat on the opposite side

Straight leg bicycle crunch

- Begin by lying supine with one leg straight , one leg up in the air and hands out straight
- Roll your shoulders off the floor
- Lower back down
-repeat reps on the opposite side, switch legs
