The first class I've made it completely thru without having to stop! Modify, yes, but not stop.

I think this might have been one of my favorite workouts in this program so far! Even though the movements were slow and some were slight I still really felt them. I have such issues with stability in my ankles so I really appreciated working the smaller muscle sections! Especially the ankle rolls! 😉
