I actually read the reviews prior to taking this class and saw someone mention that they loved it as they needed the consistency lecture. Um, same! Exactly what I needed after an emotionally draining day!

The consistency lecture as 💯 needed. Also loved that this started out ‘easy’ enough to do on a day when it’s hard to get started.

This really reminded me that I need to create time for myself. As a business owner I am always busy and by putting time into myself, I will be able to create and provide more in return. 🤍

This was definitely one of my favorite programs and I absolutely cannot wait until the second half! I'm hoping by then I'll be able to do dead bug for the whole time! I'll be practicing between, but this really helped me strengthen my ability to do more core

Loved this one! I really like that we do similar workouts and add in advancements to them because it shows me how far I've come and how far my body has come. These are seriously some of my fav workouts! 😍
