Those butterfly lift the one leg up deal had me shaking and whoaaaaa. Couldn’t barely do them. Can’t wait to go back and try again! Your homework has really helped me to get into my journaling. I’m newer to that practice so thank you!

Sometimes I struggle in the mornings if I have a late night of work BUT I am SO GLAD I did this workout this morning! 🤍 I already feel better about the day ahead!

It's getting easier! It's still a challenge but I'm able to go slightly longer without dropping my leg to the ground to rest for a few seconds and honestly that makes me feel so good! 😊
