i loved when we started a new position, you went over what breath you’d like us to be on for that movement— that really helped me out this time to stay with my pelvic floor engaged! i know inhale, relax + exhale, tighten — but it was so nice to know how to breathe with each move, if that makes sense! also, love riri forever!

Love it when I see the movement, don’t think I can do it, try and I can 💪 thinking about what I’m doing next- trying to build muscle, focus on core strength, flexibilty, and getting my heart rate up for 20 min 5x/wk
