Enjoy this rest day. We are getting locked and loaded for week four of April’s workouts and I am so excited for what we have coming next. We are getting closer to May, getting closer to summer, and I hope you are starting to feel strong, confident, and proud of yourself for the work you have been putting in.
Seriously, making it this far is a big deal and I am so proud of you.
Today is all about slowing down and letting your body recover. Maybe that looks like reading a book, doing some light stretching, going for a walk, or just taking a little time to relax and reset. Whatever helps you feel good and still accomplished on a rest day is perfect.
