I am LOVING mid week abs. So much. Hope you are too!! Your core deserves more than 5 rushed crunches at the end of a workout. It is the center of everything you do. The way you lift, carry, twist, brace, run after your kids, walk into a room. This 30 minute core workout is layered and intentional!! We are loading it standing. We slow it down on the floor. Then we finish with a ladder that will have your abs shaking in the best way 🧚🏼‍♀️ if abs shook lol. No random moves. Just smart programming that actually builds strength through your entire midline!! You’re gonna want to come back to this one.
