CORE WORK BABY!!! Today is all about the core. Deep core. Obliques. All of it. We are lighting up every single layer!! You will need dumbbells for parts of this workout. We are starting with a bodyweight no repeat circuit. You only do each move ONE time. Thirty seconds and that is it. No repeats. Which means you can absolutely give it your all. Remind yourself you can do anything for 30 seconds, especially when it is only once. Stay locked in. Stay intentional!! After that you move into your weighted superset. I used 15s here and it was the perfect challenge. Controlled reps. Strong brace. Ribs down. Core tight the entire time. Then you finish with a weighted timed ab circuit. I grabbed 8s and wow. The burn builds fast. Focus on slow, controlled movement. Do not rush. The goal is deep engagement, not speed!! My abs are all sorts of sore and in the best way.
