YOU MADE IT THROUGH WEEK ONE!!! Eeeek!!! We are so proud of you and I hope you are so proud of yourself too. Showing up for you, choosing yourself, carving out the time, that matters more than you even realize. And if you ever forget how big of a deal that is, just come back here and reread this! Today is your day to rest up. Let your body actually recover. Muscles grow and rebuild in the recovery. Hormones reset in the recovery. Your nervous system settles in the recovery. Rest days are not falling behind. They are part of the process and they are just as important as the lifts. We included a little stretch and mobility recovery session for you. It is totally optional, but sometimes even on a rest day it feels so good to move a bit, open up the hips, breathe deeper, and release any tightness from the week. Think gentle. Think intentional. Think filling your cup back up!!! And today’s Consistency Club practice is SO fun. You might need to head to the grocery store for this one, so make it an adventure. Romanticize it a little. Put on a podcast. Grab colorful foods. Try something new. Let it feel light and exciting instead of like another task on your list!! We are genuinely so proud of you for getting after week one. That momentum you just built? We are carrying it straight into the rest of April. Week two starts tomorrow and it is going to be so good. Let’s keep going.
