For this circuit I grabbed my 30 pound dumbbells and parked myself by the leg press so I could do everything in one spot. I used the 30s in each hand for the walking lunges. Then I kept one 30 for the pulses and goblet squats.
Could I have gone heavier on goblet squats… yes. But they come at the END of the circuit and right after those pulses. My legs were already shaking. So the 30 was humbling in the best way🥵
There are some Pilates inspired moments in this workout too so if you have ankle weights, throw them on and make it a little mean!!
