I cannot believe we are already coming into week three of April’s workouts!! Time is flyinggg woof. I really hope you are leaning into the Consistency Club practices because even though they seem small, these are the exact habits that have made the biggest difference in my life. The tiny things done daily stack up. They really do build momentum and before you know it, you feel different!!!
On today’s leg day you are going to see the sumo squat pulses shown with a kettlebell. You can absolutely do this with a dumbbell held in the same position. I used a 55 pound dumbbell for my trial set and wow. The way it woke up my lower body 😵💫 My glutes were roasted and activated right from the start which I secretly love!!
You are going to notice a lot of squats in today’s workout and that is very intentional. You are almost wrapping up every superset with some variation of a squat. I want you to really dial in your form. Sit deep. Drive through your heels. Keep your core braced. Every rep should feel purposeful!!! The slower you move with intention, the more you are going to feel it in all the right places!!
