And that is a wrap on week twoooo. I am so proud of you for showing up the way you did this week!! Enjoy your rest day today. Let your body actually absorb the work you just put in. Growth happens here too!! For today’s Consistency Club practice we are leaning into stretching, and we included a guided mobility flow for you. This one is definitely more lower body focused, but after the week I just had, it was exactly what my body needed. My hips were feeling tight, my glutes were worked, and I could tell everything needed a little extra love. By the end of the flow I felt so much more open and aligned, especially through my hips and hamstrings. I want you to really lean into it. Move slow. Breathe deep. Do not rush through it just to check the box. Let this be intentional. Let it be restorative. Let it feel good. Use today to reset, refocus, and recharge so you can walk into week three feeling strong and ready. Momentum is built in these moments too. Rest is productive. Stretching is productive. Taking care of your body is productive. Week three… we are coming for you.
