Last workout of week three and it’s a full body day!! This one can run a little longer, so if you need to shorten it just do one round of the full body combo move circuit which makes it a no repeat. If you have the time, go for two rounds and it will land you right around an hour!!
I personally love workouts like this. I know combo moves can be controversial but I love them. They get your heart rate up, challenge coordination, and leave you walking out of the gym feeling like your entire body just got WORKED!!
After that no repeat circuit we slow things down and get intentional with the lifts. You will move into a lower body superset followed by an upper body superset, and then you are DONE.
