FULL BODY DUMBBELL DAYYYYY let’s go!!! 🫦😮‍💨 Today is a dumbbell only full body workout. All you need is a bench and your dumbbells and you are set!! You guys already know I loooove circuit training, so that’s exactly what we’re doing today. Here’s why circuit training is SO good: • Your heart rate stays elevated which means you’re building strength and cardiovascular endurance at the same time DOUBLE WHAMMY • You move efficiently from exercise to exercise so there’s zero wasted time • You can hit every major muscle group in one workout • It keeps your (at least MY) brain engaged because you’re constantly switching movements • It mimics real life movement patterns and builds functional strength • You get in, get after it, and get out feeling accomplished It is such a powerful way to train, especially if you’re busy and want maximum results in minimal time!! We are working full body today so be intentional with your weights. Challenge yourself but protect your form. The goal is controlled reps, strong core, and steady breathing even when your heart rate climbs!! You also have optional deep core today. Only two rounds if you want it. I am so proud of you for showing up and getting after it. Truly. And congrats on completing week two of April!! I don’t know about you but I think you’re pretty amazing and I really hope you think so too. Tomorrow is a mobility stretch refresh day or a complete rest day. Listen to your body.
