PULL DAY BABY. Back and biceps are on the menu today and this one is so good. I loved every second of it. If you really focus on your form and squeeze through every rep, you are going to feel this one exactly where you should.
At home modification for the first circuit. If you do not have an incline bench, simply swap for bent over rows and standing bicep curls. I know some of our home girlies have incline benches and some do not, so make that adjustment if you need to and keep the workout moving.
For the floor circuit at the end I used 15 pound dumbbells and my arms were shaking. I do not get the shakes often but this one got me. Stay controlled and really focus on that mind to muscle connection through your back and biceps.
The final burnout will get your heart rate up, so leave everything you have out there. Finish strong, rate and review when you are done, and let us know how those arms are feeling after this one.
