Today’s full body is a superset full body and truly one of my favorite layouts ever. You’ve got 6 supersets and then you are DONE. That is it. Quick but deadly in the best way. We are moving efficiently, lifting intentionally, and getting in and out feeling strong!!! 😛 All you need today is dumbbells. Find your little corner of the gym, claim your space, and let’s get after it. If this workout feels a little too easy, that is your sign to go heavier. Do not be shy. You are strong and you are capable. Up your weight, girly girllll🧚🏼‍♀️ For reference, I grabbed 15s, 25s, and one 50 pound dumbbell and it was more than enough to absolutely light up every muscle in my body. I was sweaty, my heart rate was up, but I felt energized the entire time. It is that perfect balance of strength and push that leaves you walking out of the gym feeling powerful. If you want to layer on a little extra core at the end, you are an app subscriber which means you have full access to Core Crush. There are already some really solid core finishers in there that pair perfectly with today’s workout, and I will keep adding more over time so you can continue building that deep strong core.
