You showed up today and that is HUGE!! We are so grateful you’re here putting in the work with us. Today is all about back and biceps!!
You’ll start with some cable work to really dial in that mind to muscle connection. Slow it down. Squeeze your shoulder blades. Control every rep. Then you move into a no repeat dumbbell circuit which I loooove because you only see each move once so you can truly empty the tank.
For this one I used 8s and 15s. The 8s felt light at the beginning so I grabbed my 15s and used them for most of the circuit. But let me tell you…with minimal rest your muscles get TIRED fast. By the end my 15s felt like 600s. Especially on those biceps. So do not underestimate it. The fatigue builds quick.
Focus on full contraction. At the top of every curl squeeze like you mean it. On rows pull those elbows back and think about driving them toward your hips.
Consistency is the secret sauce. Not perfection. Not motivation. Just showing up again and again!!
