ABCDEFGGGGG WELCOME TO APRIL!!!! We are officially kicking off a brand new month of workouts and this month we are inviting you into something special. Welcome to Consistency Club!!!👯‍♀️❤️‍🔥🤪⭐️🧚🏼‍♀️ All month long we are focusing on habits we can actually stick to. Habits we can build on. Habits we can apply to our real daily lives that truly make a difference. Not extreme overhauls. Not unrealistic standards. Small practices that compound. At the beginning of every single workout, there will be one Consistency Club practice for you to focus on just for that day. That is it. One small intentional shift. After you apply it, I want you to reflect. Is this something that made your day better? Is this something you want to continue? Take what you love. Leave what you do not. There is no pressure here. These are simply little practices that have made a difference in my life, and I am so excited for you to test them out and see if they shift yours too. We are kicking April off strong, especially coming off of March Momentum. You showed up. You stacked weeks. You built discipline. And now we build on that foundation with consistency in the small things. Today’s workout is ABS and we are not playing around. Strong start to a strong month. When you finish, make sure you rate and review your workout. Then head to the community chat and tell the girls what you thought about today’s Consistency Club practice of doing one thing without multitasking. It sounds simple, but it is actually so much harder than it seems. Welcome to April. Let’s get consistent.
