We are kicking things off with a lower body burner and I hope you truly feel how intentional every single movement in this workout is. These are the exact style of workouts that changed my body, increased my strength, and created real lasting results. Nothing random!! Every set has a purpose.
You are starting with a band activation set so grab your band and keep tension on it the entire time. Do not let it go slack. That constant tension is what wakes those glutes up and makes the rest of the workout hit the way it is supposed to.
There is a lot of isolated leg work today and yes you are going to feel it. We are building on the squat patterns we hit earlier this week. There is always a method to the way we program. Trust the process. The structure matters!!
Progress does not happen overnight but it does happen when you keep showing up. Even on the days it feels hard. Liv and I are right here with you and we are so proud of the work you are putting in!!
