3-4 rounds: Heavy to medium weights
RDL x 10 (lifting a couch)
Chest press x 10 (pushing it into the truck)
Squat to twist x 8 each (loading tubs with items from cabinets)
Row x 10 (lifting tubs up to carry them)
Step ups x 10 each (carrying tubs upstairs to moving trunk)
