The reason for these workouts is to show you how important strength training is to your daily life
3-4 rounds: Heavy to light weights
Squat walking x 40 sec (moving lawn ornaments out of the way)
Swinging chops x 10 each (throwing fallen sticks into trash)
Shoulder press to deadlift x 10 each (grabbing gas and filling mower)
Row x 10 (starting mower)
Standing chest press x 10 (pushing mower)
